It is a HCIM so all tasks would have to be done at a 100% process.

Have 13,000 pure ess banked. And GOTR ready.

Will pay well over usual asking for safe and trusted skiller

Just be very careful, GOTR is heavily botted. I'd possibly consider 51-60 but not to 70 for sure

You cautious about the possible 'Cleanup' where Jagex doesn't reveal its method of just manually banning anything and everything that looks like it could be a bot.
