Without a RCB and some Ruby bolts that’s a crazy challenge. Range pot would be nice as well, Vorkath is probably problem 1, problem 2 once past will be Galvek without brews and hard food? Monks? Karams? I guess maybe Pnecks might have a chance. What rings? Amy’s other gear you have? Gloves etc?

I do have RCB and can get Ruby bolt e, i dont have range pots, but could do the rats to drop few doses. I have karambwan and monkfish, some sharks from clue and stuff. Barrows glove, fire cape, neit helm, veracs flail, Bring, Warped scepter, dragon SQ shield. I some Super combat pots too.
train you stats and pay less or do yourself in time.
the quest rewards gain you nothing with those stats, unless you're running a bot farm.
