Although no one has been banned yet, it's obvious that is using botting for his services. Not all botting is caught by Jagex unfortunately. What else is obvious is that is fine with cheap/botted services. Which is fine too, to each their own.

If you want cheap/botted services and are fine with it, use jasper.
