I know you're playing the victim here, and I see you've made an S/A claiming you're a victim here. Everybody that's posted has been honest with you, Canifis is fast. It's the best spot for mog and you will have full graceful before level 60. It's a guaranteed thing. It isn't rng based.
As Andrew has stated, hopefully people will start paying a bit extra and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly and not by some random.
