He's asking you to tell him what the current lvl is for each of the skills you've mentioned you want lvl'd. (xx-69 or 69-xx slayer etc) He needs this information to give you an accurate quote for this service.
Since it's a main acc I'm assuming there's plenty of gp on the acc to work with?
