Piscarilus, Hosidius, and Arceus houses maxed.
Level hunter 1-15 (for Piscarilus)

Access to bank will be allowed, (Ironman ~500k bank)
Access to teleports, runes, food, etc.
No bots, macros, ahk, etc., will be used.
Timeframe ~None - reasonable
