I've been offered 350m 2-3 weeks.
1b makes more sense for how long this should take. Anything less is honestly sketchy, and I probably won't be paying for this service. I've spent so much of my time into this account, It would probably be best if I just do it myself.
I just hope I can get it done before Sailing comes out..
I can't promise 2-3 weeks, but I can promise 6. Probably less, but I like to be on the safe side in case anything unexpected comes up.
