The quest does need some minor leveling to get there. I will assit him with this but he'll be getting any levels needed to complete the quests.

Will not bot, get the account muted, recieve any blackmarks, or remove anything from the account .

10mil has been left in the bank for any items he may need and tab 7 holds all the items required to hit the required skill levels for the quests.
