Basically many legendaries arn't rolling with much or any variance, which is a shame giving how that was a huge part of BL2's build and item diversity and their interaction with each other.

I made a reddit post so hopefully we get an answer but im wondering if anyone else is noticing how detrimental this is to the loot system.

I have noticed this as well. Assuming you're referring to the parts of the gun?

I've gotten several legendaries all wkth the same exact parts. Which was basically unheard of on BL2.

I'm thinking more parts may be standardized for legendaries now.
