Are your chars stored in your local computer or they have a server where you stored your chars information ?

they are saved to a file, there is alot of power level methods.. pyro pete bar and behind marcus's shop is tedious.. there is editiors for the pc version

behind marcus' isn't too bad, petes takes so much longer

meh 5 sec runs with norfleet and sham, but ya i use marcus bar when i wanna level fast
