Modded items are not going to be anymore on any system.
Hybrid items however are still permitted.

They are either already removed or will be with dlc and possible patch update tomorrow.

They are no longer safe inside bank either, if you have any save files with them on them already, as soon as you enter a game they will vanish.

Hybrid items are the only exception, they are still safe, for now.
