i recently moved to a new house and i dont have an internet connection yet.
i have borderlands 2 for pc (no dlc)
i was wondering how i play bl2 offline singleplayer
(i am currently sitting in mc donalds as i am typing this)

Select "New Game" from the menu?..

I assume every char is automatically offline until you enter online mode.

Turn steam to offline mode then try? I dunno actually.
