Anyone else getting a lot of screen tearing?

It was almost unplayable but I turned vsync off and turned my FPS to unlimited and it went away. Kind of weird cause I usually turn vsync on to eliminate screen tearing =?

Cant say ive ever had that problem ever.
Likely the computer being used is not running at full specs for the game.
