So the gunzerker skill no kill like over kill basically stats that the last shot fired that kills an enemy, whatever excess damage is added to your gun damage for te remaining time the skills is active (around 5 seconds).

My questions are

1: if I were to use a nukem launcher and get a 3 mill hit against a 1 mill life monster, would that be adding 2 million damage per pellet on a sandhawk?
2: if I were to Crit a monster with a sniper on the last round using money shot with a 30 million Crit , would that add 29 million to the pellet damage?
3: if I shot a launcher against 3 monsters and it killed all three in one hit, would it use the excess damage done from all three monsters?

It's hard to test this because 1 my computer is down until Friday as my hdd fried up and 2 I can't test this skill on the dummy.

It's not a very popular tree so you aren't gonna get the answer you want on a low traffic site. Moneyshot is pretty worthless for this, considering you would need a sniper or a launcher with over 10 mag. I know that once upon a time, the way to do this was slag grenades, use a high damage sniper to get the first kill, then switch to a sniper with an extremely high crit % and slag the enemy. There were a ton of situations that made this spec garb.

Well I already know it works with both sniper and launcher, as I one hit pyro Pete using this skill on uvhm. I also know this is a very popular tree for dps builds as it is the only way to obtain a zerkers insane dps numbers. As for mechanics I'm I'm the dust still.

For anyone who is interested, I have been talking to someone who as been answering some questions for me.
Here is the answers for anyone who has similar questions.

It's capped at 500% damage bonus.

Interesting and thanks for the post.  So to recap what exactly would 500% be?

Let's use the instance of pyro Pete.

I shoot one of the minions released with a sniper and gain a Crit of 30m (relatively I'm not sure what the actual bonus of damage 500% would be in this case) would the damage be added to each pellet of a sandhawk or ukph or is this spread out per shot?

And if possible could you explain the actual 500% bonus and how/where it applies?

Thanks again

500% of whatever gun you happen to be shooting with.

So if you get NKLO with Nukem, you can get up to 500% on DPUH, as an example.

NKLO is a percentage increase, not a linear increase. I think it applies as normal Gun Damage.

Intresting, so giving these mechanics what would you say the easiest way would be to cap out this damage?

Could it be done with a single blast from a launcher against 1 target with low health? Or would it need to be some extremely high crit with a sniper using money shot activating nklok?  Giving im wearing a sand hawk or dpuk's on main.

I guess the TLDR to what im asking is;
What is the damage number i have to hit to cap out my damage with nklok?  And can it be achieved with a launcher, or would it need to be a money shot with a final shot from a sniper/other wep utilizing money shot for the dmg bonus?

Quote (Sljm;4170558)
Both of those work. You need to deal 5 times the base damage of the gun you want to use as overkill damage. Nukem is by far the easiest tool for this, but you can crit that high on a sniper as well.

Hmm so as a mathematical instance;

Lets say i have a 20k dmg sandhawk.

This means i only nee to hit a 100k damage (+ the remaining life of the monster) to reach maximum damage?

Or are the numbers different then my assumption. (like; my sandhawk actually hits for 1m/ hit, so i need a 5m hit to actually reach max damage)

Awaiting his answer on the last question
