I just finished TVHM without doing ANY side-quests so i can go back and get the lvl 50 rewards. Which ones are worth doing to get decent items?

This just in. You get from Mordercai near the end of the game, it unlocks Hunter Hellquist wich drops the bee. There are more but this is a good example.

Just do them all until you hit 50 tbh.
