Im level 17 and pretty much everything is outdated\bad

any good farming spots\places\quests to get some? I can't find shit.

When you hit around lvl 20~24 and head to Fink's SlaughterHouse in The Fridge, the machines there give you some pretty decent lvl 20~24 gear
