So im browsing eebay for some of these, and some people talk about the code being used/unused
However some talk about all the DLC being on the disc and not needing a code.

My question is:

1. are the people who say you dont need a code bullshitting/mistaken?

2. If this is legitimate, how would i tell the difference between a coded and a Disc based DLC one?

I don't think it has a code....and doubt you could tell a difference without the case....pm me sir...and perhaps I can fix your borderlands fix :)

goty comes with a code you enter to redeem the DLCS

i heard there were 2 different GOTY editions.
one that came with a code, and later one they released that had all the dlcs on the cd, but i could be wrong.

i bought mine in january and i had to enter a code for the DLCS, if they came on the disc they wouldnt show up on the PS store download lists would it?

Im not denying that a DLC code variation exists, ive seen some codes, and most talk about the codes.
But im saying as the guy above, there appears to be a version that has Disc DLC as well [so no downloading]
im more or less asking how would i tell the difference between the two, if possible, without messaging every person on eebay,
and if theres a for sure variation that has DLC on disc.

It's different. The code allows you to get them from store I believe but if they are on the disc. The Downlodables will appear below the Play Game XMB on the menu and gives you another submenu to which DLC's you want to install.

My Dragon age Origins disc is ultimate Edition and it gives the DLC's on the disc and i only needed to install them.
