For the collection achievements does it add playthrough 1&2 or do you need to find all in 1 or the other?

my hdd on my comp corrupted so im using an ancient pos hp pavilion from like 2000. . .

to sum it up, get to mega, destroy the turrets, leave the eye alone. he will shit out 2 clap traps at a time, (he will stop in a corner and open his little front hatch) shoot the piss out of these 2 clap traps (shoot into the trap door that open), if you have very good guns, you will kill maybe 15 of the little guys per hatch opening.
