So I'm not getting anymore exp and I'm level 58. I heard that the level cap is 69, but I'm not getting any exp.
Do I need to dowoad some patch or something?

Uh.. you might have to at least sign in to live so it can download the updates.
If you already did that, try killing Crawmerax.. should give you a lvl or two.
