GOTY edition was 30$ at wal-mart, I think you should get the goty if you can

it was on sale few days ago thats why it was 30 :(

i would rather get the fallout 3 for 22 bucks game of the year edition it also comes with all the dlcs i believe :)

i'd hold off til you see the GOTY on sale. you'll end up wanting the dlc because the main game gets boring fast.
