Anyone have a good website that has a thorough guide on leveling? Where to quest, where to grind, etcetc? I'm having a lot of trouble finding a quest area, the last quest area was level 18-20 quests, and I am 25...

Usually you're around level 35 before a second play through, aren't you?

Yeah. I'm not sure what to tell you.. I had quests to spare during my first play through.

Go back and check message boards, even in Fyrestone, new missions are added to them randomly. As for grinding, a good spawn of elite versions of enemies near a map enter/exit. Kill them then leave the area(map) and re-enter to force them to respawn.

I remember getting a huge amount of experience from those slug things at the race track as well as the Star Ship Trooper things near that annoying bitch's camp.

tl;dr
