I saw a few ppl lvl 70 today, and the DLC isnt out yet. Just a visual glitch or what?

yeah but theres no point to glitching you dont get the points in skills for the extra levels..

there is a way to glitch ur skills tho to have them all maxed out and ur still lvl 50
