they seam like they would be really even imo, but i might be wrong

Rifle imo, would have to reload the smg once per enemy or more imo

that is basically the major thing that is keeping me from deciding...i use both, but for different situations(more enemies i use rifle so less reloading, smg i use when less enemies cuz i can afford to reload)

i dont use any rifle/smg that has clipsize < 20

then again, if ure soldier u have the increased capacity skill. could help

Then use both imo, that's why you have 4 slots

On Brick, I use 2 RL's, a Fire rifle, and some brutal boss drop shotty.

Depends on Character and your proficiency level of each. Because doesn't proficiency level on SMGs make you reload a % faster?

even with that, its still annoying as fuck ~~

I really like SMGs on my Siren. I have a sweet like 150 dmg x4 fire damage one right now. Boss against the fodder. Has like a 35 clip or some shit.

nice, but siren is made for smgs, it has some nice skills for it ;/

i prefer heavy dmg brick or modecai tho ^^

guess i should have added im a siren, now i use the smg more cuz i found a really really good mercenary class mod(52 percent smg dmg, and 9 total extra skill lvls in skills)
