Jacobs cove, when you activate the turrets. if you shoot them b4 you activate them you get 11 exp, and they drop a shield. so ive sat her shoot this turret like 60 times and got alot of $$ and shields , they are good shields but my shield has 1750 captivity with 60% boost life, soo im good but hey this is fun , i bet i could boost someone like this, who wants to try

morrowind was so fun but skill boosting was tedious

powerleveling. theres definitely a better place to do this.
