So I guess they're giving us an additional 2 points to work with in the new DLC (not sure if it's 2 character levels, or just 2 points earned otherwise) but all I have to say is...I'm glad they're working up small, because they need to maintain the customization of characters in tact.

they should raise the Skill level cap from 5 > 20 And raise the level cap to 99 and add synergies
