Was thinking about convincing a small handful of buddies into getting a good co-op rpg-esque game, and I ran into Borderlands. Looks pretty sweet, but I was wondering about game length + is the online co-op actually viable? Monsters get stronger/ more life etc? Or do they just keel over just as fast?

Overall thoughts about the game? Honestly, from what I've read about it, I'm nearly ready to just go and buy it from GameStop, but I'm just looking for some more opinions.

It's a good game - i've already returned it after leveling two characters to 50. There's not alot of replay value in my personal opinion. Juggalo would obviously beg to differ. It's a good game though by all means.

It's like Sacred 2 in a weird kinda way...there isn't much of a replay value like Nostradamus said imo as well...but it's definitely something you should at least try out for like a week or so.
My brother and I just tried each character through story modes and we just stopped...but it's really a good game.
I especially loved the graphical style, it was unique.

I wont disagree with the lack of replay value.

It's a good game, it sure is fun but don't expect to spend more than 2 weeks of gameplay before it starts getting tedious, the zombie dlc its actually fun, specially if u have beaten the game the 2nd time, there is some strong ass bosses and zombies EVERYWHERE

Its like D2 with guns and in Fps.

Monsters get harder when more people join game.

I got bored of game after a month though.
