take a big plane with a middle finger on it and ram it into him

It's Mothrakk, and you kill him by shooting at him. I suggest you be at least level 27 and have an amazing combat rifle,sniper,Revolver, or SMG, if you have rockets only you're pretty much fucked.

Also, there is a little cavern area near where he circles, with one of the spawns for a vehicle, I suggest you shoot him until you're getting low on health, hide in the building so his rocks can't get you and heal, and then attack him again and repeat until he is dead.

true way to do it, be hunter first and get a car with a machine gun turret, shoot at him with both front and Turret guns, when he starts to come at you get out and shoot him in the face and run like hell after that

U can do it like that or u can have a high lvl friend come in and kill him for u

This, equipped with a flamethrower.

Or just sit semi-far away with rocket car and shoot him down below half health and use smgs or shottys vs him. Probably Corrosive is best.
