its best game i've played since d2.

I've played constantly since release day and am only about halfway through, other people have beat it or come close, but everybody seems to be ready for round 2, be it with a new char, or playthrough #2 with same char (difficulty is scaled up for second playthrough)

I'd say definately worth a buy.

Modern Warfare 2 shouldn't be considered since it will only be out for a month.. hope it is considered for next years.
Borderlands is a very well put together game though.. but it has some serious competition.
Some nominees are like Batman, Tekken, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, inFamous.. can't think of any more.
