To get the promotional stuffs for free,
Use Notepad to open up the WillowDLC.ini file located in steamname/steamapps/common/borderlands 2/DLC/POPremierClub/Lic folder. Edit the file similar to the following:
[PromotionalUnlocks]
+UnlockId=1
+UnlockId=2
+UnlockId=3
+UnlockId=4
numkeys is also in this file
Yea I know that path but I don't have the DLC file..
