Lilith. You dont even need Mindgames maxed 'cause all the bullets she puts out.
Get Phoenix maxed out, and with like one or two bullets and a Hellfire you'll burn any Bandit/Non-Pyro Lance in less then a second. Hell ,if you just touch them with Phoenix they die.
Best Run N' Gun Class.. when you get low on health just phase walk and heal, sneak up behind the group and just take them all out.
Get a Vitrolic Crux shottie for bugs, Pyro Lance, or Devastators.
If you got a Hellfire w/ a scope you can snipe all fleshy enemies ez.

3 or 4 into Mindgames (Dont need max with all the bullets)

Whatevers left into High Velocity.
Run in. If they're bandits/lance, put a burst into them and keep moving. They'll die. You can kill all bandits with Phoenxi when its active.. dont even gotta shoot.
The crux has corrosive.. which with Spark will trigger a lot, so all fire-resistant enemies and Machines will get raped.
Just get a high capactiy shield, a Firefly or Mercenary mod, and any Hellfire.
