nope, your on second playthrough, you can only get SDU's on first playthrough.
this, just go to playthru 1, check quests or if u know which u missed, go do it there, max 42 in first play thru but u can get 1-2more backpack upgrades in playthru 2, but sure on max spots u can get, one my chars ahs 52 slots i belive
