just means that charge is higher than it would be without that mod...like the base charge isn't what you see..its overcharged :D..those type of mods effect the shields stats...same goes for overcharged capacity

u can pick thro em once u get them.. u can have all of them lvl 5 and switch between at any time

You're making stupid statements. "FPS is better on PC" its a completely different thing. I see ZERO challenge/fun in headshotting everything instantly on the pc in a game like this. That doesn't mean that I'd prefer counterstrike on the xbox. I dont. I play it on the PC and couldn't imagine it any other way. You're using such broad statements that are essentially comparing apples to oranges. Borderlands is not a highly competitive PvP game its a hack n slash style like Diablo2 as you said before. Last i checked people were pretty liberal with their abilities on mobs there.

Oh, and what the fuck is your point about aiming better? I could probably get a better handjob off a gay guy than a woman, it doesnt mean that is what I'd opt for.
