Just google "Borderlands console port" and you will see. And just because the resolution is good doesn't mean it was made for the PC. The controls where made for the controller.

Have you played it on PC? I think it's fun on both. The PC has better graphics, is cheaper in the long run, and has more control options.

1200 dollars for a good pc? For that price I already built a 580 with a 2600k, which is over kill. I paid 600 for this build and it runs everything at max, soon it will be over 1200, but that's cause I'm adding a 2600k new ram+mobo, and 2 6970s.

600 runs crysis 1 with 43.221FPS average. Runs Crysis 2 with 48.23FPS average. Plus the 360 will be phased out within 5 years. C2D&Qs still run pretty much every game on max. Also, I don't need it to run for 5 years, but the 295 is just starting to get old(still runs all games at max easy), and it's 3 years old almost.
