i wont be getting it right off...as i know it will hit deal of the week...seeing as they've put borderlands addons @ 50% off twice now =D

It's not the level cap. It will be adding 10 (iirc) skill points, but level cap will still be 61. I think it's pretty stupid, takes all the "uniqueness" away. They should have used actual skills & abilities all the way, rather than simply using buffs.

in borderlands each class gets a single skill to actually use, everything you can level is just to buff yourself up, maxed out no, but you can get to the 4th tier of each tree pretty easily if the caps 61

They said they are definitely raising it to 69.
