Nah, I think it is a way to get Canadian gamers to buy it... and or maybe something to do with preventing border shopping.

TBH I can't say what it is, but Batman AA did it as well.

I found a solution.
I will take a bus at my lunch to the futureshop where it sells for 40$.
My lunches are a whole periond, so like 1.2h
