Gearbox took all the good ideas from BL1 and turned them into great ideas. If you enjoyed BL1, you should definitely get it. I'm still not sick of it after playing it for 3 weeks non-stop.

Well specific bosses have a certain chance to drop specific oranges, more so than other enemies do. So you would just farm those specific mobs until you find what you want. The game is fucking huge though, honestly, so by the time you get to the end game you've at least had a lot of play time.

Skills are a bit more refined, and yes you can still respec for a fee. The fee is very low.

The game is very nice, I like the FPS with RPG elements (Skill, randomized weapons, challenges, quests, etc.) Takes quitea lot of playtime to finish the game up to ''True vault hunter mode'' and you have 5 characters with 5 very different style of play. The multiplayer is really well built, the game gets really fun with 3 or 4 people (imo). They will also release DLCs in the future wich will even more prolonge the life of the game, perhaps more characters too! Would be nice if they also raised level cap with those said DLCs or just get extra skill points. It's also nice noting that the same character can be played very differently depending on the build you use and it's pretty easy to respec so you can try a lot of things!

Hmmm, thank you for the info!
I loved the Mad Moxii DLC in Borderlands 1.

You're posting this question in a biased forum. Obviously most people are going to say yes.
