Having a red bolded topic for both Trading and Dueling is good but i don't really see the game being something ppl will play with for the long run so having a Sub for it would be just wasted space.

CoD takes less than a week before xp servers are out and everyone is maxed prestige etc...
Pretty sure the same will be the case with modded items. Some people buy games to play them, others buy them for the fun of trying to break them or to see if they can code better than the game coders(i.e. hacks/mods/exploits).
In their own way, that is their form of enjoyment, sadly will kill any form of economy that game would have a chance at, much like borderlands 1.
