Thats hard to answer as they are both very different games.

Bordlerlands is D2 Rpg-esque with guns and will probably give you more hours of play, if you enjoy it [i did not]

whereas uncharted 2 is a 3rd person shooter, and the story will probably run you 20 hours or so tops.
The online, imo, can be quite fun. :)

maybe add some more criteria for me to make a decision?

Thanks for your answer. Well, im really into RPG games, I bought Demon's Souls a while ago and i'm really enjoying it.

Another thing, I really love storylines, I do, but after I've completed the story i.e I loved Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, but after I completed it, I havent touched it after that.

I don't know, its really tough choice. Both of the games looks great.

Uncharted 2 is one of the best game on the ps3, so its a must have or must play imo

I liked borderlands too

So imo, buy borderlands and rent uncharted 2

The same thing will happen with it as with Assassin's Creed but that means you'll have enjoyed the game.

I personally don't like Borderlands because of the whole RPGFPS concept which makes it kinda lame. I either play RPG or FPS alone not both combined.
Of course you'll have a lot more time of play with borderlands if you're really into it. But honestly, just stick with playing Demon's Souls as for your endless game (if you know what I mean), instead of switching to another possibly worse one.
