How does buying WoW gold with fg work?

Does blizz flag it as potential RMT?

you meet up with someone in game and send fg to them, they trade you the gold.

Blizz flags this as RMT and they send the police to your home and arrest you.

I heard of a couple cases where the cops beat the guilty first, then they arrest them

never heard of any problems, i mean blizz doenst give a * of most problems ^^
