Infinity

Blizzard gives TCG codes out at every blizzcon, or at least the last 2 years pre-covid blizzcon's

Outside of that, you have private dupers who are very smart with how many they create in X amount of time for resell.

Outside of those 2 options above, hard to tell. They were duped more publicly in WoD with certain methods people were able to keep their dupes safe from wipes.

(If you are asking for resell purposes, the TCG market is completely controlled and manipulated so the price will continue to rise because it is a way for people to trade large amounts of gold easier 100m++++)

A good irl friend of mine has a supplier who has literal stacks of promo cards from Blizzcon. The guy used to work on the events, not as a Blizzard employee, and was given tons.
I don't think they hand out TCG codes though, at least he only has former Blizzcon promo material, even super old stuff like Murky, the mount, etc. etc.

I got 3x magic roosters and a few other lesser notable tcg mounts and pets from blizzcon 2019. Wasn't lucky enough to get a spectral tiger but I saw multiple people who did.

They way they usually do it is in "mystery boxes" you don't get the actual tcg card but they give you a code

Ah okay, so small booth events? That's interesting.

Yeah, In 2019 it was called "night at the dark moon faire" but pretty much it was a 2 day small event.

I tought there weren't that many considering their value.

It's manipulated and controlled to be super rare.

So technically yes.

Rare? Depends, if you bought it pre-wod duping it's probably pretty rare.

After the WoD duping everyone hoarded their mounts, and now only do what AlphaofAlphas said.

My friend has like 7 Magic Roosters and he bought them in WoD(duped) for around ~ $35 a piece, now is currently reselling them for 2500+ USD
