Hi guys, I didn't play last expansion and I was hoping to get the horrific vision cosmetics. Is it still attainable? If so, how much time/how difficult are they to get?

you can still buy the backpack and the mount yes. just have to grind out the vessels and do the visions which should be very easy with SL gear
