My best advice is of course weeklys @ reset, but once per day I'll check the four continents for stacks of 4x35 Anima which is your best bang for game play. If you're grinding hard - there really isn't a best answer. Just gotta put in the time on the smaller quests around the SL. Just my thoughts. but I'd love to hear some other best bets.
As of today's reset, you can full clear CN and get the full amount of 1000 anima and not have to worry about world quests.
If you're not into PVE then RBG wins give you 250 anima each
If you're into neither of those, then yeah world quests. Do the world boss each week that gets you 250 and then there usually is 1 or 2 that give 4x35 anima
