So i came across a character with some items that look like they might be good on twinks (if they're still a thing).
such as a dazzling long sword (lvl 19 req) and other assorted epics/blues.
my question is, are twinks still a thing? and if so.. since they did a huge squish on ilvls and such, are old boe epics worth anything? or are heirlooms still BiS?
anyone have any idea?
