It really depends on a lot of things, like Pvp, pve, RP, High pop, low pop. Like do you get frustrated easily from getting ganked? Do you want to role play and assume the persona of a horde class in game? Do you just want to kill monster and not really PVP? So many factors, that someone can't just tell you this is the best, because the best is entirely subjective in this case.
