Like everyone, before the game launched I read the description of the phases. I figured that the game would just be in a 1.12 state minus the things that Blizzard explained in their outline.

After getting to 50, I discovered that there were some other things missing that I saw no announcements anywhere about.

The level 50 class quests (for Sunken Temple) aren't in. And a host of quest givers are not present in Light's Hope Chapel, most notably the turn-in items (Bone Fragments, Dark Iron Scraps) do not drop in the world.

Does anyone know of a post that explains all the actual changes? For example, I'm curious to know whether the Silithus quest for Deathclasp is available.

I've been surprised by 2 things already, I'd like to read up before I make a plan for something else before realizing it isn't there.

were those maybe unlocked with further content advancement? or later patches?
like i know there is a farm out in silithis for rep turn ins but until aq40 comes out you cant do it maybe its similar for those?
or are you sure the quests arent just part of a chain that you havnt completed? classic quests for dungeons are often chains

I read that link and others like it when they were released of course, but it doesn't cover the things I mentioned.

Which led me to think that there might be other minor things not mentioned anywhere.
