Is there a patch before new servers launch or will they just show up as available at 11EST?

Want to make sure I get the timing right to nab some names.

They're releasing the new servers at 1pm EST.

Glitched, wont let people make more than 3 names even tho they said 10 names at 10 am.

Of all the servers I managed to get Jasper on two of the normal ones but not on any pvp. Damn.
