How do i buy one? Tried to do so, but i can't trade in-game, nor can i receive any e-mail. Any solutions to that ?

you cant buy wow tokens without an active subscrition to my knowledge

I'm not 100% sure but I have heard stories, that if you call Blizz they will give you 24 hour access to give you enough time to buy a token and use it.
