so ill go main a balance / Heal druid for new classic and im not sure if i sould go alchemist or engineer.. i will mainly go PvP and open world but sometimes PvE too. so what you think? Ill go Tauren so i got 1 extra cc already

Gathering is going to take up your entire day on the days that you gather. It will take you a minimum of 6 months to afford the 100% ground mount, which means all herbs and ore are going to be expensive for anyone who can afford to buy them. I would just straight gather for the first few months if I were going to go that way.

Or just do what I did during Vanilla, and earn enough gold to start buying all the leveling greens off the AH, then sell them for 2-3 times what they were worth. I eventually got banned for doing this though

if you got banned, then it was NOT for this.

this is not against any of their rules.

If you're wanting to mainly pvp then you need to go engineering. It's pretty non-negotiable. After that you can decide what you want your second profession to be. Generally it's either skinning/alchemy for gold or mining to help supplement the engineering mats.

I can just do 1 gathering and 1 main prof like engineering for example right? Maybe I better go like herbs/ores for beginning.. Collect ores for engineering later and sell herbs for gold in the early game? Then I just have to train engineering in the later times and my ores are maxed already?
Sorry for maybe newbish questions.. Played wow at release but I was very young.. Now I have family and job so I don't have much time and I would like to enjoy the game as much as possible instead of wasting too much time in picking wrong professions for example

If you want two gathering professions at the start you have to go Skinning as one. You can't track herbs and ores at the same time in vanilla wow.

Clearly you've never done it on a large enough scale. I was warned by a GM several times before finally getting banned. I argued the same thing. Nowhere in their ToS does it say you cannot monopolize the auction house. It does say however, that you cannot negatively manipulate another players experience. There were no BoA's back there. There were only greens. You're free to try using Google if you still don't believe me. You'll see several other people who had the same experience I did. It happened a lot in Vanilla and TBC.

EDIT: @OP, I currently have 171 million gold. Listen or don't I don't care. Guys like lost-1 are the people paying me fg to sell them gold

Yep. Once you can afford your level 40 mount(100g) you can ditch skinning and go engineering.
