im watching Class Picking Videos since days and i want something useful in Grps, fun in PvP (no 1-2 Knops classes), Good Grp Support and Good lvler.. so its Druid right?

Maybe a Resto/Balance spec for fun in PvP and still good healer in PvE?

But so many People say that Droods are crap? Why?

from what i understand druids are pretty mediocre at everything so they dont stand out much. That being said any class that is played with skill can be effective - as effective as their class mechanics allow. Druids level pretty fast due to travel/cat form. they are fairly good healers and OK tanks. good dps from a boomkin requires being fed raid gear because almost no one is going to take a boomkin, spriest, or ret paladin to a raid.

Every guild will have 1 spriest for shadow debuff on boss. Huge increase in raid output. Boomkin yeah I won't see anyone use them unless they just don't care about it. As for rets some may some may not. It's decent DPS with hand of rag.

Druids are almost strictly used as heals / combat res. There's been some discussion that feral tanks are alright for some fights but warriors are just superior all around.


People say druids suck because they can't do DPS like other classes. If you are a GG healer then I am sure you'll be ahead of sub-par players of other classes but then if you were another class you'd even be further ahead.

Can also go resto druid but anything else will be almost impossible to raid with.

boomkin good in open world pvp

Feral good in pvp, best flag carrier in premade and great for tanking

Resto good at all


overall: Druid is an awesome class and needed.

Most raids will want at least one buff bot aka ret pala as well

false - top end guilds will make a healing priest spec into shadow for the debuff on boss - a shadow priest is NOT worth the raid spot in the eyes of high tier groups. Trust me - I've been playing the game since beta and am a world top 5% raider + have CE on multiple tiers.

edit: all you guys talking about bringing ret boomies and spreists to raid are obviously rolling those classes so ofc you're going to say youll be taken. Face facts: People don't particularly like ret,boomkin, and spriest for PVE. Go look at the forums. I am not saying that in no way are any of those 3 trivial ass specs ever going to be invited to raid - im just saying that 9 times out of 10 they will take a "real" dps over these guys. Yall do what you're gunna do tho - play whats fun for you but don't get all upset when people bitch about making an ideal comp and these guys are no part of it.
