Looking to trade fg for a WoW token, and I've seen that the prices range from 1100-1300 fg typically. Before I trade though, how do these interactions work?

- Do we just trade the token in person?
- Do we trade for gold and I buy the token?
- Do we have to be on the same server?
- Is it gifted to the B.net account?

I stopped playing WoW slightly before tokens were introduced, so they're kind of new to me to begin with. Thanks for anyone willing to explain!
